How to make a reservation?

You can make your reservation easily and with the best rates from our website, by clicking on Reservations, there you will find all the necessary information about availability and prices.

What are the payment terms and cancellation policy

Payment of 50% of the reservation amount is required to send the confirmation. The remaining amount must be paid at the time of Check-in.*To see the cancellation policy in detail go to the Policies tab

What are the payment methods?

We accept Mastercard/Visa/American Express cards or by bank transfer to Banco de Costa Rica accounts.

What does the daily rate include?

The rate includes only the stay. If you want to buy breakfast there is an additional cost.

What is the rate for children?

From 0 to 5 years old are free (maximum 2 children are accepted free per apartment). From 6 to 12 years old have an additional cost of $16/night. From 13 years and up has the cost of additional person for $ 30 / night.

What are the check-in/check-out times?

Check-in time: 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.Check-out time: 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 m.d.
* Guests must show a photo ID upon check-in.
** If you need to check-in outside of business hours please indicate this prior to arrival.

What are the opening hours of the Reception?

Reception hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

How to get to the hotel?

The hotel is located in Puerto Viejo de Talamanca Limón, in the area of Cocles (400mts southwest of Calle Azania). It is located in Waze under the name of Terrazas del Caribe.

How far is the hotel from the beach?

The hotel is 400 meters from Cocles Beach.

What facilities does the hotel offer?

– The hotel offers two types of apartments fully equipped with kitchen, variety of bed distribution according to the typology, large external terraces, in addition to having AC, cable TV and safe:

    • Standard Apartments: located on the ground floor, with maximum capacity for 6px.
    • Superior Apartments: located on the top floor, with maximum capacity for 8px.

What are the restaurant's opening hours?

Restaurant hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.Bar hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Other

Does the hotel have parking?

Yes, the hotel has secure parking and covered by a solar panel structure. One parking space per apartment is guaranteed, in case of requiring more spaces will be assigned according to availability, inside or outside the parking lot.

Are visits accepted at the hotel?

We reserve the right of admission, for this reason visits are admitted only under prior approval of the administration and they must always be registered at Reception.

Is the hotel pet friendly?

Only small pets with prior approval from the administration are allowed. If you want to know the pet policy in detail, you can write to us through the Contact tab.
